New Season, New Year, New Moon, New YOU
The transition from summer to fall is always a challenge for me. The long warm days of summer are by far my favorite. What has helped me to embrace the changing seasons the most is my newfound love of hiking.
During the pandemic I had a strong need to be outside in nature. I joined some Meet Up groups and have had such a blast hiking the beautiful mountains of New York with people from all around the globe. Dressing for the weather (sweata weatha) and having the right gear helps me to thrive in different and sometimes extreme weather.
Meditation is strengthening my nervous system, building necessary pauses for repair and reflection and giving myself an opportunity to create in new ways. I am breaking through blocks and patterns od thinking and behaving new create new healthier paths. This is a daily practice; the results are sometimes quick sometimes slow. The most important aspect is to stick with it. In Kundalini Yoga we called this our Daily Sadhana.
I look forward to practicing yoga and meditation with you. For my class schedule and to register for classes go to www.MarniYoga.com
